ELIZABETH — A local historical society is planning a presentation about Alexander Hamilton in conjunction with statewide events celebrating the 260th anniversary of the birth of the nation’s first treasury secretary. In partnership with The Snyder Academy, author Bryan Barreras will give a free virtual tour of scenes from the Broadway musical “Hamilton” at 5 p.m. Sunday at 42 Broad St.
