Bossa fish is a family-owned take-out seafood restaurant and fresh fish market. Established in October 2021, Bossa fish came about from the desire to bring a creative twist on seafood to the Elizabeth area. Philip Evaristo Carvalho, the managing partner, was born in Elizabeth and has roots in Portugal and Brazil, both of which are reflected in the dishes. He feels connected to the community and is excited to bring some traditional cultural favorites back with a new modern touch. The menu includes signature sandwiches, fried and grilled whole fish, as well as classic appetizers like fried calamari and bolinhos de bacalhau. In addition, Bossa fish offers a curated selection of wines, beers, mixed beverages along with a variety of olive oils and homemade sauces. Come to Bossa to savor the freshest seafood in the area.
