Nugent's Tavern is a throwback to everything a good old fashioned pub is supposed to be. A friendly atmosphere, a varied drink selection, and delicious food combine to create a place where people make memories together. For nearly 9 decades, Nugent's has been the go-to spot for residents and visitors alike to meet in Elizabeth. On any given day, you'll find plumbers, doctors, tourists, and bankers all sharing stories with each other at our bar.
Despite their tradition, they have adapted with the times. Their fine selection of whiskeys, bourbons, and scotch includes more than 120 bottles. We have 13 beers on draft and are working on bringing 8 more this year. Their menu was recently updated to include traditional Irish favorites like Irish pancakes, as well as fusion dishes like Irish nachos. They still have old favorites like our handmade Nugent's burger though!
